  1. It is different with each book. With the first book, I fell in love with Brandon. He loves her so well, is so loyal, he puts up with her craziness and can match her wit. In the second and third books, I solidified that my favorite was Laurie (and I also deeply loved her in the first book) but I loved seeing how much she'd grown as a character and who she became. Not to mention, she's hilarious 🙂 I'm so excited for the 4th book, I've been re-reading the first 3 to get ready! Can't wait!

  2. Ryan is definitely my favorite. Mostly because he reminds us that every love story doesn't have to be exactly like a classic hallmark or rom com movie. He was much simpler and less 'romantic' but that didn't mean that he wasn't the one Lauren should be with.

  3. Laurie for sure because I share her love for Chocolate and coffee 😉 can not wait for Match Made!! Keep up the awesome work! 🙂

  4. As an aspiring writer, I love Hannah's character. She has a genuine transformation and very natural character development. As a reader, I also love the witty spats between Hannah and Laurie!

  5. Hmm I wonder where my comment went.

Oh well! I like Laurie because I can relate to her & her thought process.. How she gets to different conclusions and solves things. 🙂
    And coffee of course!

  6. Laurie because she loves coffee and chocolate just like me!! Those are my 2 biggest weaknesses but with a 11 month old it's keep me going 😉 can't wait to read Match Made!

  7. I like Brandon because of how much he loves Laurie. He puts up with all her crazy schemes and still loves her all the same. He is the true definition of a best friend 🙂

  8. Don't think my last comment posted. I said I like Ryan. What girl doesn't want a sweet, good looking, godly guy who'll bring them coffee, love their crazy, and can build a porch? 🙂

  9. Ohhhh! So hard to choose. I guess I would have to pick Laurie if you make me choose one. I love her crazy spunkiness.
But I have to mention Ruby, Ryan, Hannah, and Brandon! Oh. Can't forget Laney. As a mom myself I totally admire her.

  10. So hard to choose! I love the sense of community and the interactions between all of the characters. Ultimately, I would say that Laurie is my favorite character. Her witty interactions are so fun to read. 🙂

  11. How can I pick only one?! I love everyone! If I really had to pick on person, I would choose Laurie cause she is so funny. Or Ryan cause he is so sweet! Or Hannah cause I love her!

  12. I guess I'll say Lauren simply because she's so "human" and, of course, for her great love of coffee. Yumm. Arletta Boulton

  13. I'm not going to lie. When I stumbled across this series, I "binged read it", like all of your other series. At this current moment, I can't keep them all straight, but I love your protagonists because they are so darn witty and real, like friends I'd love to have. Now I need to read the summaries to re-familiarize myself 🙂

  14. Favorite character? Wow, that's hard. I love Ryan because he is so consistent and yet unpredictable — proposing with oreos? I love Shawn because who doesn't love a coffee and desert man who can give back when Laurie dishes it out. And I love the lemongrass tea, because I'm fairly certain it has a life of its own.

  15. It's so hard to pick a favorite character because I like them all but I'd have to pick Laurie because she's so fun. So excited to read the next book! 🙂

  16. I have not read one of your books but I look forward to it. I'd love to win one. If not I will just raid my mother in laws book case. LOL She has a few.

  17. I have to cheat and say that Laurie AND Brandon are my favorites-their best friend chemistry wonderfully parallel the relationship that Emma and Mr. Knightly have. What's not to love about either couple??

  18. I'd have to say my favorite character is either Hannah or Brandon. Hannah started out as my least favorite, but she is so down-to-earth and supportive that I couldn't help but like her. And Brandon is such a good friend. 🙂

  19. My favorite character would definitely be Laurie!! She has a bubbly attitude and I love her love for chocolates and coffee!! <3

  20. My favourite character is Laurie, but Ryan comes a very close second! I love Laurie's personality and all the crazy things she says 🙂 I love how Ryan is perfect for her and just balances her out.

  21. My favorite character is Laurie! I love her sense of humor and how she only acts like herself and not to be like others( besides Jesus that is). I also love how confident she is in her walk with Christ.

  22. I absolutely love Ryan. He is exactly the type of man that I hope to marry one day. He is God-loving, funny, caring, protective, sweet, and so much more!
